Technical and Operational Questions
Our architecture integrates bidirectionally with your enterprise ERP layer via REST APIs, OData, RFC/BAPI, IDoc, or database views. It reads production orders, BOMs, and routings, and posts confirmations, downtime records, component consumption, and inventory movements back to your system in real time.
Instead of restrictive per-user or per-workstation seat licenses, we apply a transparent, scope-based project model defined by the functional modules deployed, ERP/automation integration endpoints, and corporate SLA support level. Following a technical discovery session, we provide a tailored scope and commercial proposal for your facility.
For a pilot production line or pilot warehouse, commissioning typically takes 4 to 8 weeks: 1 week for architectural discovery, 1–2 weeks for data and signal mapping, and 2–4 weeks for configuration, shop-floor rehearsals, and operator training. Exact duration depends on the readiness of ERP and shop-floor signal sources.
We support on-premise, private cloud, and hybrid deployment topologies. Interactive simulations on this website run on isolated synthetic reference data; live customer data never leaves your corporate infrastructure.
Yes. Real-time data ingestion is performed via OPC UA, OPC DA, Modbus TCP, S7, JDBC, or existing SCADA/Level-2 REST and SOAP endpoints. Collected shop-floor telemetry feeds the MES, Digital Twin, and 3D Warehouse layers through a unified data model.
Yes. Our vendor-neutral integration layer connects to any enterprise ERP, WMS, or custom plant system via standard APIs, and can also run standalone with structured CSV/Excel imports.
The interactive simulations on our website run in-browser with isolated synthetic data so you can inspect screen ergonomics directly. In a plant deployment, all screens, business rules, authorization matrices, and integration services are connected to your actual ERP and PLC/SCADA infrastructure.
Local transactional buffering and asynchronous message queues keep operator cockpits running during planned ERP maintenance or temporary network interruptions; queued postings reconcile automatically once connectivity resumes.
Yes. Each module (APS, MES, 3D Digital Twin, 3D Warehouse) can be commissioned independently on top of your current ERP/WMS data and expanded to additional lines or plants in phases.
Under a contractually defined corporate SLA, we provide remote and on-site engineering support, queue/performance audits, and scheduled release upgrades during planned maintenance windows.
