1. Billet Charging and In-Furnace Billet Thermal Map
In a hot rolling mill, traceability begins when a semi-finished billet is placed onto the furnace charging roller table by the overhead crane. The Billet Charging and Barcode Verification screen validates the camera-scanned billet barcode and scale weight against the allowed heat list of the active rolling order.
Every billet entering the reheating furnace is tracked step by step on the In-Furnace Billet Map. Distinct heat groups are rendered in high-contrast colors so the furnace operator and rolling mill Main Tower clearly see order transition boundaries and each billet's soaking duration.

As the discharged billet passes through roughing, intermediate and finishing stands, the Main Tower and Control Tower screens track rolling speed, micro-stops, cobble scrap and natural gas, electricity and water specific energy consumption.
Bars traversing the cooling bed are cut to customer lengths on cold shear or abrasive saw lines, undergo mechanical tensile testing and receive quality release from automated non-destructive crack inspection (NDT) screens.
3. Bundling, End Painting and 3D Finished Goods Warehouse
Strapped bar bundles or wire rod coils are weighed at the bundling station, the steel-grade end-painting color code is displayed on screen, and barcode tags are printed upon production confirmation.
Each confirmed bundle is assigned to its exact aisle and stacking bay on the 3D Finished Warehouse screen, allowing dispatch and planning teams to query bundle counts by heat and length directly within the 3D scene.
